Need A New Mint Green Nail Polish?Try This One!

Don't Mind My Horrible Paint Job
The Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Nail (wheeew that was a long name) in Mint Sorbet has become my new favorite mint green. Before I was completely in love the Nicole by O.P.I (Modern Family L.E) nail polish in the shade Alex by the books. And one day I just happened to be going through my sister nail polish bin and bam! there it was. This shade is a little more green that Alex By The Books ,which is why it seems a little more like a mint green.
The product claims to:
For strength plus shine
Match your manicure to your mood
Easy grip, easy glide brush for control

As for strength plus shine that definitely holds up.This nail varnish has strengthened my brittle nails. Before my nails were so weak I could bend the tip of my nail back towards the base. Now they are way healthier and not as flexible.I guess you can say you can get a manicure to match your mood because this line has about 40 different shades.

As well as all that good stuff, the brush is pretty amazing its definitely easy to get around the edges of your nails. For someone who completely sucks at painting their nails,I was pretty happy that there was minimal mess around my nails. My favorite thing about this product is that it stays on forrrrrrrrrever. It stayed on my toes for  two weeks and some change. The lasting power of this is amazing and I would compare it to Essie and O.P.I but for a lesser price tag.  I definitely think I be will growing my collection of these nail polishes.

Shea Moisture : Hair Color System

Let me first say that rhis product is amazing.I picked mine up at a local target for $14.99 after looking for it for about a month. The first thing that caught my eye was the box.It looked so classy and the water color painting was brilliant. The color I picked up was bright aburn. When I first picked up this color I was a little worried because it looked so bright. But,the color chart on the back was reassuring.Because this was my first time dying my hair,it was extremely helpful to have both the color chart and a recommendation of what hair color to use it on. expensive. Now on the actual hair coloring process. For my sister (she died my hair)the brush method was a lot easier. We tried both methods and she found that the bottle clogged to easily.Anyways,it took about 45 minutes to cover my whole head with the dye. After that I let it sit for about fifteen more minutes.Rinsing out the dye did take a while but the shampoo and conditioning steps were a breeze.I kept my hair feeling soft and moistured.Overall the process was a fun experience and it left me with an amazing color.

Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Oil Controlling Towelettes

Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel Oil Controlling Towelettes
I received these from Influenster a few weeks back.If you are unsure about what Influenster is I will have a link at the end of this blog post.Anyways, this box comes with twenty 5x7 towelettes. The company claims that the towelettes:
Refines pores and eliminates shine
♥Removes and controls oil
Soothes irritation
♥Locks in moisture

Though I wish I could, I can't say that the product lives up to all of it's claims. This product does a very good job at at refining pores and getting rid of oil,but it sucks all the moisture out of the skin.I have unbelievably dry skin and it gets even worse in the winter and spring.I thought these would help me right after track practice, when I'm all sweaty and gross. It did get rid of the disgusting oil and sweat, but once again dried out my skin.I also tried to use theses as makeup removers, but I had to slap on ten pounds of lotion afterward to keep it from drying my skin.Recently,I've seen a lot more dry patches on my face.I seem to find them mostly around the corner of my eye,on my eyelid, and around my mouth.Overall,I would'nt recommend this for my dry skin girls.I would say this would work really well for the oily girls because it seems to suck out all the excess moisture.
